Singapore orders are delivered within 1-2 working days via an express courier. Customers are responsible for any shipping costs on all exchanges and refunds.
International orders are delivered via "STANDARD FREE SHIPPING" or "EXPRESS" depending on selection made during checkout.

Once your order has been processed, you will automatically be assigned a tracking number and receive it by email. You can log into Q-labo Online Shop at your convenience to receive real-time updates on your shipping. Kindly note that in order for us to review your order information and prepare your shipping, at least two processing business days are required.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, we are happy to accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days from the received date. No exception will be made in accepting returns on opened or used items. You are kindly requested to email
for a return authorization. Every return should include the shipping slip/original order number, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse it and deny issue of the refund.
Laboratoire Qlabo shall not be held responsible for packages gone missing in the mail while being returned to us. We kindly advise you to insure all return shipments for protection against damage or loss, and get a tracking number to locate your package at any given time. Unfortunately we cannot make any exception to this policy.
Should your package get damaged during shipment by the carrier, please save the product(s), the original box(es) and packaging and notify us as soon as possible.
The refund on your return will NOT include the original shipping fee.
Laboratoire Qlabo offers its product range exclusively through www.q-labo.com. Any purchase made elsewhere other than www.q-labo.com will not be valid for returns and refunds.
